Being a social worker is incredibly demanding and even more than that it is giving the gifts of connection, belonging, acceptance, contribution, and compassion. At work, on an everyday basis, I have been granted the incredible opportunities to think creatively and to act boldly when solving complex problems. In my experience, as I interviewed, coached, and supervised numerous employees, I learned that what brings people to work is their dreams, their ambitions, and most of all their deep desires to contribute, to belong, and to grow. In my role I had the chance to observe some of the most inspirational human qualities like selflessness, courage, faith, strength, loyalty, and creativity. Being a social worker fulfilled so many of my dreams at the same time tested my world view and several times I lived through burnout. My solution – I apply my grit to everything that I do. Living though Pandemic encouraged me to create this business where I can continue my passion to support others. At the same time, I expand my service, remain full of life and available to make the change I want to see in the world.
